 Hmm. . . ¿Podría ser que Pierce Brosnan tiene la intención de aguar la fiesta de James Bond en los Oscar,   en un par de semanas?Para celebrar el 50 aniversario del superespía 007 , los organizadores de los Oscar están planeando una reunión de todos los actores que han interpretado a  Bond en el pasado. Brosnan, por supuesto, tuvo su turno en cuatro películas del espía que se extendieron desde 1995 a 2004, antes de ser   Daniel Craig Bond que ha estado desde entonces, incluida la más reciente en Skyfall en noviembre pasado.El canal TMZ se encontró con Pierce hace unos días para preguntarle sobre los seis bonos en un escenario en la noche más grande del cine, pero  Brosnan parece menos entusiasta, diciendo: "Bueno,  va a faltar uno. "

 

Se refería a sí mismo ó a otro Bond? La sabiduría popular creía que Sean Connery podría ser el 007  que no acudiera, pero parece que va a ser Pierce, a pesar de que vive en Malibú, a un tiro de piedra de donde los premios de la Academia se llevarán a cabo."No está claro, pero su tono de voz y el lenguaje corporal parece sugerir que él es el que no quiere saber nada ", informó TMZ.Hubo algunos sentimientos heridos por parte de  Brosnan después de  abandonar  la franquicia Bond habiendo ganado mil millones de dólares, pero ciertamente tuvo su cuota de éxitos desde entonces, incluyendo a su co-protagonizada  en la versión cinematográfica de Mamma Mia!. Va a ser interesante ver que Bond es el que no asistirá a dicho evento.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 007 superspy on film, Oscar organizers are planning a reunion of all the actors who have played Bond in the past.  Brosnan, of course, had his turn in four Bond movies that stretched from 1995 to 2004, before being dumped for the younger Daniel Craig who’s been Bond ever since, including most recently in Skyfall last November.
The gossip site TMZ caught up with Pierce a few days ago to ask him about all six Bonds sharing a stage on the biggest movie night of the year, but Co. Meath native Brosnan seemed less than enthusiastic, saying, “Well, they’ll be missing one.”
Was he referring to himself or another Bond? Conventional wisdom had it that Sean Connery might be the no-show 007, but it seems that it’s gonna be Pierce even though he lives in Malibu, a stone’s throw away from where the Academy Awards will take place.
“It's unclear, but his tone and body language seems to suggest he is the one that wants no part of it,” TMZ reported.

There were some hurt feelings on Brosnan’s part after he parted ways with the billion dollar Bond franchise but he’s certainly had his share of successes since then, including his co-starring role in the film version of Mamma Mia!.  It’ll be interesting to see who the missing Bond will be on the night.
